As a bank with a focus on personalised customer service, they needed a website that felt relevant to each visitor.
We delivered a digital ecosystem that is pertinent & personal to their target audience. We reduced clutter by dynamically categorising and prioritising content for specific target groups, resulting in faster navigation and lower bounce rates. We also designed and developed a custom intranet system for their staff to help with their daily operations.
